Automated identification, extracted text, dates, confidence levels and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. You must check every result against the original document and correct all factual details before relying on or sending it.

Official forms and urgent matters

A generated letter never replaces a required court form, defence, acknowledgment, appeal, statutory notice, police response, immigration filing, tribunal response or other prescribed process. Sending a letter does not pause or extend a deadline unless the responsible body confirms this in writing. Seek an appropriate solicitor or regulated adviser promptly where serious rights or consequences may be involved.

Paid response

The checkout page shows the exact one-off price before payment. A standard purchase covers one response generated from the document and instructions in the current browser session. Stripe processes card details. No subscription is created.

Delivery problems and refunds

If Stripe confirms payment but the response is not unlocked or delivered, contact support with the Stripe receipt or order reference. LetterSorted will investigate and provide the response again or issue an appropriate refund. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit material you are entitled to process.
• Do not use LetterSorted to mislead, harass or commit an unlawful act.
• Do not rely on LetterSorted as your only source for a deadline or legal obligation.
• Keep your device, checkout email and payment account secure.

Availability and liability

The service may be changed or suspended for maintenance, safety or legal reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
