A result looks wrong
Do not continue on the basis of an incorrect result. Compare the quoted evidence with the original, use the confidence warning, correct the sender where appropriate and seek professional help for urgent or serious matters.
I paid but cannot see my response
Return using the same browser used for checkout. If the response is still unavailable, contact support with the Stripe receipt and order reference. Do not send document contents by ordinary email unless support specifically provides a secure route.
